Analyst, Finance, Commercial Lse

Job Summary:
This role will provide support for overall consolidation, reporting and analysis of the America’s Region commercial activities for the US, Canada and LATAM. In this role you will partner with the brand finance teams on all monthly closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting. The Analyst will provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for finance management and other key stakeholders, as well as the tools and metrics to develop, build, and execute the Americas commercial strategy.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the planning, forecasting and monthly reporting for the consolidated commercial business.
Support the Senior Manager with all requests from the Region Finance team regarding the commercial business.
Coordinate monthly commentary process with the brands. Ensure accurate and timely submissions from all brands.
Contribute to FP&A team's effort in improving processes; partner with the IT team and planning team as necessary to automate reporting functionality; standardize reports, identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes.
Participate in special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies:
College degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management required.
Finance experience; preferably in the prestige cosmetics industry or CPG.
Excellent analytic and computer skills, strong communication ability.
Knowledge of SAP, Cognos, BPC preferred.
Advanced in Excel & proficient in PowerPoint.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill.
Comfort in providing appropriate challenge/pushback and feedback.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive and effective business partnerships.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, changing environment.
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
