Summary
The Analyst eCommerce Marketing will be responsible for leveraging best practices and cross department teams to increase traffic and engagement with content, products and/or services. Manage/collaborate on content calendar for digital marketing channels, deploy content to target audiences, and distribute performance outcomes to internal and external clients. Create and modify internal and external campaigns (websites, social media, email marketing, paid opportunities, etc.). Optimize website experience to meet the needs of our target audience and our clients' success metrics. Remain focused on incremental improvements which will ultimately improve our customer experience and client brand awareness. Manage content written, graphic, audio, and video components ensuring compatibility with platform/channel, facilitating the development and use of multimedia content.
In this role, you will

• Consult with product development team and business stake holders on website utilization; provide data driven recommendations for future enhancements
• Proactively evaluate the website users experience and customer journey onsite and offsite.
• Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction
• Maintain understanding of current technologies and digital marketing practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to optimize onsite and offsite promotions
• Data collection and analysis to optimize product placement and conversion
• Manage website content/promotions and publish/schedule content to live website
• Develop and support grassroots marketing initiatives at local levels along with leading both paid and earned media efforts
• Leverage tools and strategies for promoting digital marketing platforms internally and externally
• Work with content writers to ensure key word optimization and corporate, brand, consumer, industry compliance/consistency
• Merchandise promotional categories and manage/prioritize business group stakeholders, external stakeholders, and site visitor experience
• Lead and measure SEO, paid media, programmatic, email, and CRM strategy and execution
• Develop and report on overall digital marketing KPIs to assess initiative effectiveness while promoting continuous improvement
• Analyze eCommerce activity, making recommendations for segmentation and customer journeys to maximize sales or product exposure

What you bring to RNDC

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing/ecommerce, marketing, business, communications or related field
• 5+ years in digital marketing related role(s)
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO, SEM, App Store, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes and impact
• Experience with customer acquisition via owned, earned, and paid digital channels
