Join Our Corporate Operations Team

ECG’s Corporate Operations Team has approximately 100 members associated with all ECG offices. They keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources (which includes Recruiting and Learning & Development), IT, and Marketing.

 

Your Opportunity with ECG: Analyst

As an analyst at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our Corporate Operations team. Your role will span internal departments to drive informed decision-making by analyzing internal processes, data, and trends. Your insights will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, enhancing strategic planning, and optimizing various aspects of ECG as a whole

Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze internal data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize various tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data sets.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate across Corporate Operations teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, HR processes associated with talent development and compensation, Marketing, etc. Your insights will help guide decision-making at a higher level.
  • Reporting: Assist with report preparation and document analysis to create comprehensive and visually engaging reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to various audiences, including senior leadership.

Our Expectations of You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other quantitative curriculum
  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience in requirement-gathering techniques and process modeling
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SQL and/or Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
  • High-quality analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment as well as fully manage your own time and the overall project timeline
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
