Job Overview:
This Analyst of Sales and Marketing will build, maintain, and improve reporting for LPL Business Solution's Sales and Marketing performance. This Analyst will specialize in campaign and channels' performance over time and will work with senior Sales and Marketing leadership to enable targeted and impactful initiatives that resonate with current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and improve Sales and Marketing reporting, providing insight and working closely with Senior Leaders.
  • Create powerful visualizations and data sources to better understand our current and future clients, while comparing the success of different channels and messages.
  • Conduct Ad-hoc analysis with our Sales and Marketing teams, while inventorying all our Sales and management tools, resources and support.
  • Partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations intelligence teams to provide operational support.
  • Ability to work within a team, take initiative, and interact effectively with business partners leveraging strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including an ability to discern relevant information and highlight for an executive audience.
  • Additional support for business/sales management functions within LPL Services Group as required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience with Data Analysis, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • 3+ years of related work experience

Core Competencies:
  • Experience with Financial, customer, and sales funnel modeling
  • Experience in streamlining or reducing non-impactful activities via improved systems and/or processes.
  • Ability to work within a team, take the initiative and to interact effectively with business partners and all levels of management leveraging strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Preferences:
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Python
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Experience with Sales Organizations

Pay Range:
$28.79-$43.18/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
