How will you make an impact in this role?
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of the Colleague Services (CS) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). This role will report to the Manager of Servicing and have a broad range of responsibilities for the servicing and operational aspects of the US Health and Welfare Benefits and the US Retirement Program, including 401(k), defined benefit and nonqualified plans. This includes business as usual processes as well as projects.

The Benefits Servicing Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support ongoing administration of retirement and health & welfare plan processes, including statement production; participant eligibility; service crediting; processing of contributions, loans and distributions; invoice processes; Work Life benefit programs
- Provide support for timely compliance with regulations and quality standards, including annual audits, Form 5500, Summary Plan Descriptions, non-discrimination testing, and proxy
- Support enrollments for benefits and nonqualified deferred compensation, mergers and acquisitions events, and other ad hoc projects
- Oversee vendor partners to ensure service quality standards and operational SLAs are met
- Maintain standard operating procedures and desk instructions
- Research and respond to issues, as well as inquiries and escalations from colleagues and key business partners
- Manage reporting and data analytics requests
- Project management and execution of key business priorities and initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being (CTRW), Payroll, Legal, and Finance
- Evaluate and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree, with a minimum of three years of HR operations/servicing experience in retirement and/or health & welfare plan administration or related role
- Working knowledge of retirement plan concepts
- Proven ability to work on complex projects and tasks independently, partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder (internal and external) expectations
- Ability to identify process improvements needed to enhance colleague experience and internal operations
- Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent interpersonal ability
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and excellence in execution
- Enthusiastic self-starter attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative, and innovative
- Working knowledge of business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, etc.) is helpful

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
