Job description

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will execute marketing strategies that promote our sustainability efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate our commitment to sustainability, engage with environmentally conscious consumers, and drive positive change within our industry. Specific Responsibilities

  • Executes marketing campaigns that align with our sustainability goals and values. 
  • Stays up to date with sustainability trends, market insights, and competitor activities. 
  • Produces engaging and informative content that highlights our sustainability efforts. Collaborates with our creative team to design visually appealing materials that communicate our sustainability message effectively.
  • Identifies and partners with sustainability-focused organizations, influencers, and NGOs. 
  • Gathers data related to sustainability metrics, consumer preferences, and campaign performance. 
  • Prepares and delivers regular reports on the impact of sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to promote sustainability awareness among employees. Encourages employees to actively participate in sustainability initiatives.


Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sustainability, environmental Science, or a related field required, with a preference towards a master’s degree and/or certifications such as ISO 14001, B Corp, or Fair Trade.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on sustainability or environmentally responsible brands.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is $73,400 - $92,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
