Summary
Conducts and develops high-level analysis on data results obtained from various operating systems and
reporting tools. Provides reporting, metrics, KPI's and analysis to various levels within leadership. Supports all technical and project management duties across divisions. Drive business efficiency by
recommending enhancements and process improvements to current business systems and processes
while enlisting and engaging others as necessary. Maintain and improve data integrity, accuracy and
reporting. Facilitates change management activities for all G3 divisions by leveraging various tools and
engaging/enlisting business process owners for effectiveness and buy in.
Essential Functions
This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict
the tasks that may be assigned. • Creates queries and reports to analyze and support business execution.
• Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of management's goals and
objectives.
• Completes all tasks in expected timeframes.
• Develops and or collaborates in the development of metrics for Global Distribution Logistics team
using variety of graphs and formats.
• Develops recommendations to change systems, policies, and procedures; ensures timely and accurate
implementation.
• Responsible for the management of FourKites capabilities including carrier onboarding within the
system, accuracy of shipment tracking data, and ensuring shipment visibility details for customers.
• Creates carrier scorecard and shares monthly with suppliers.
• Conducts special business process related studies as requested.
• Analyzes manual and technical processes to present a recommendation for enhancements that will
drive effectiveness and efficiency.
• Liaison coordinating efforts between carriers, systems (internal and external), and G3 Business Teams.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully;
develops alternative solutions; works well in-group problem solving situations; uses reason even
when dealing with emotional topics.
• Supports vendor/business partner relationships; Provides training material and training sessions with
suppliers to ensure all parties are adhering to correct process. Collaborate with all suppliers and
vendors to trouble shoot issues. .
• Balances team and individual responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a
positive team spirit.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; organizes or schedules other people and
their tasks.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Participates in the development of department procedures and performance measures.
• Manages difficult customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests
for service and assistance; meets commitments.
• Performs data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis,
cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis; while executing day-to-day processes related to area of
responsibility.
• Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and
experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures.
• Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes
projects on time and budget; manages project team activities.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness

regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years analytical or systems experience reflecting increasing levels of
responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience as a G3 Analyst 1 or G3 Transportation Planner; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of analytical or
systems experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or Stateissued
equivalency certificate plus 5 years of analytical or systems experience reflecting increasing
levels of responsibility to include 1 year of experience as a G3 Analyst 1 or G3 Transportation Planner.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skill requirements include: MS Word and MS PowerPoint, and MS
Excel and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years analytical, systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or
Manufacturing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of analytical, systems, Logistics, Supply Chain,
operations or manufacturing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School
diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of analytical, systems, Logistics, Supply
Chain, operations or manufacturing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include
1 year of experience as a G3 Analyst 1.
• Experience with ERP, transportation management and shipment visibility software systems.
• Experience with FourKites system
• Computer skill requirements include: MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Visio at a basic level, and MS
Excel and databases at an intermediate level.
• Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and data mining.
• Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Experience with applying mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution,
determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling
theory and factor analysis.
• Experience with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram
form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Skilled in performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving
limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
• Knows and uses the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of
specialization.
• Skilled at working in a fast moving, demanding environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills; handles many different responsibilities in a team environment.
• Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers,
clients, customers and the general public.
• Experience undertaking tasks with little direction; self-motivated.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multiple projects spanning different business functions, possesses excellent
communications skills, works well with a team, interacts with multiple levels and functions with the
Logistics organization, manage vendor/business relationships.
• Familiar with lean concepts, including deploying lean tools with proven results.

Compensation

1. Hiring Salary Range/ Hiring Hourly Rate: $31.44 - $39.28.
2. Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
