We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon & eBay Account Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for expanding our presence, increasing sales, managing, and optimizing our Amazon (Vendor and Seller) and eBay accounts, ensuring the best possible online presence while increasing sales for our products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Management: Manage Amazon (Vendor and Seller) and eBay accounts, ensuring compliance with platform’s policies and guidelines.
Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including high-quality images, videos, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords.
Inventory Management: Close coordination with operations team to ensure daily inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Processing sales, follow up with shipment and ensure customer received and satisfied with the product.
Reach out to customers to attain positive reviews for the seller and product.
Sponsor and advertise listings to increase our visibility to our web page and overall sales.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance using platform analytic tools, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, request and respond to reviews and feedback, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities on Amazon and eBay to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon’s and eBay’s policies and industry regulations.
Draft and file appeals to any merchant actions
Communicate with Sales Managers, Warehouse Leads, Online System Support, and the Marketing team daily.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon (Vendor and Seller) and eBay accounts.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, including online sales.
At least 1 year of experience with Amazon and eBay advertising and campaigns.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s and eBay’s algorithms, SEO, and e-commerce best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using Amazon’s store policies.
Experience working with CRMs
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Patience when handling tough cases
Must be able to commute to office in Jacksonville, FL
