About LAV

Launched in August 2020, L.A. Vibrations is the marketing agency umbrella of parent company L.A. Libations. At L.A. Vibrations, we work with new and emerging beverage brands to help launch, scale and optimize brands, covering strategy, branding, ecommerce, digital, retail, trade & field marketing.

Job Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients presence on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of hands-on experience coordinating various aspects of Amazon operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient Amazon experience for both our team and customers.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Account Oversight:

  • Manage day-to-day activities on our Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any account-related issues promptly.

Amazon Ad Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the setup and management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and expansion to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Manage and optimize keyword lists to enhance ad relevance and visibility.
  • Regularly analyze key performance metrics, such as ACoS, conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Monitor daily spend and adjust budgets as needed to meet performance goals.

Product Listing Management:

  • Coordinate the creation and optimization of product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, and other essential details.
  • Regularly review and update product information to align with inventory changes, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities.

Inventory Control:

  • Work closely with the operations team to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Amazon.
  • Implement inventory strategies to prevent stockouts and manage overstock situations efficiently.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor and manage order-related metrics, such as shipping times and customer satisfaction.

Amazon Advertising Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to support the execution of Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring ad performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Three to four years of hands-on experience coordinating Amazon seller accounts and operations.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and operational processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
