Experience preferred. Fast paced, busy kitchen with a focus on quality seafood. Must be able to lift 20 to 30 pounds comfortably and repetitively. Duties may include-
Preparing and portioning ingredients for cooking.
Wearing and using PPE when handling and cleaning food and equipment.
Operating kitchen equipment such as steamers, ovens, stoves, grills and fryers. NO MICROWAVES ALLOWED!
Testing foods for proper temperatures and food safety.
Monitor food quality.
Clean and disinfect areas and equipment.
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen and recieving areas.
Teamwork is a must!
Other duties to be determined by General Manager & Chef.
