Nola Brunch & Beignets is a fun, unique brunch restaurant located in San Antonio, Texas. We serve New Orleans inspired breakfast and lunch dishes throughout the week. We are famous for our flavorful food that's cooked from scratch, and our New Orleans style Beignets. We have a close-knit team and are currently looking to add to our restaurant family. Our open kitchen makes for a great environment in which we can interact with the guests and feel the heartbeat of the Nola experience.

- $15.00 to $16.00/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications
A valid food handlers certification.
Prior cooking/kitchen experience required.
Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 7am to 4pm.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to perform repetitive motions, processes, and tasks.
Positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the Untied States.
Job Requirements
Set up, stock, and break down stations.
Prepare and cook prep recipes to specifications.
Make menu items to specifications and in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Answer, report to, and follow Kitchen Managers instructions and direction.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
About NOLA BRUNCH & BEIGNETS: Beignets in San Antonio...YES!!!Our beignets are made in-house, from scratch, in small batches--served the traditional way, with loads of powdered sugar! And if that wasn't enough, we also serve them stuffed with either lemon curd or coffee + chicory pastry cream. Served alongside a cup of our chicory coffee or caf au lait and you'll feel like you are in New Orleans!
