Candidates will have a base salary of $40,000 with the opportunity to make up to an additional $7,000 - $10,000 in commissions.

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads and convert them into clients.
Consultative Sales: Assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on insurance products that best fit their requirements.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by continuously prospecting, following up on leads, and closing deals.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Allstate's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses (state-specific requirements apply).
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Customer-Focused: Genuine interest in helping customers and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
