Job Summary:

The ADS Claims Manager leads the Vehicle Service Contract (Warranty) and GAP team call center and is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through the timely, accurate investigation and settlement of VSC and GAP claims. Primary duties include coaching and development of frontline employees, distribution, and assignment of claims, evaluating vendor reports, building strong vendor and agent relationships and communicating claim outcomes / trends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely, quality investigation and settlement of VSC and GAP Claims
  • Measure results, analyze trends and create action plans to drive operational results
  • Ensure compliance with state and regulatory agencies and lead investigation for claim legal / regulatory issues to formulate appropriate defense strategies
  • Collaborate with workflow to analyze resources and make necessary changes to meet operational needs
  • Communicate claim metrics weekly, monthly to leadership – communicate strengths and opportunities along with the actions to drive improved results
  • Provide subject matter expertise while engaging with the design team re: process/technology enhancements
  • Engage in strategic discussions re: the transformation of the claim’s organization

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree (Preferred) and/or
  • 5+ or more years of mechanical experience (Preferred)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

  • Strong leadership skills within a call center environment including coaching, mentoring, and providing high level direction to staff
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop innovative solutions
  • Naturally inquisitive, demonstrates learner mindset to drive appropriate short- and long-term solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across and influence other areas of responsibility

Compensation offered for this role is $105,500.00-$178,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
