Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, Amalie Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. As a Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

Delaware North provides concessions, suites, premium dining, and catering service at Amalie Arena going back to 1992. The venue is home to the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning. We operate 56 concession outlets, 70 suites, and three clubs, including the exclusive Chase Club which offers an all-inclusive dining experience.

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy 
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues 
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service 
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work 
• Assist with alcohol cut-off 
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels 
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand 
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
