### Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security alarm systems for residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills.

### Duties:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in Service, Inspection, and Retrofitting of Fire alarm systems
• Multiple brand experience preferred. Examples include Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Notifier, Honeywell, EST, and others.
• Experience in NFPA 72 Inspections, Service, and Preventative Maintenance
• Low Voltage and Fire Alarm Systems skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Life Safety knowledge and experience
• Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the fire protection industry is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

### Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role

- Proficiency in using power tools for installation and repairs

- Knowledge of computer networking and hardware

- Familiarity with locksmithing techniques

- Understanding of fire alarm systems and their components

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

If you have a background in electrical work or experience with hand tools, it would be considered a plus.

Pay: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
