WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, service, and troubleshoot a wide variety of alarm systems.
- Install, program, service, and troubleshoot a wide variety of residential and commercial security systems, smart home systems, access control systems, and camera systems.
- Meet the the safety and security needs/requirements of our customers and help them create an efficient smart home/business environment that exceeds their needs expectations.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of minimum experience required
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork with technicians and office staff required
- Excellent customer service and interaction required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
- If you are afraid of HEIGHTS, this is not the job for you! (extensive usage of ladders will be required)
