Role:Aladdin Business Analyst

Location: Los Angeles USA (Onsite 4 days a week in office)

Role Description

About the Role:  

As a Business Analyst -   (Aladdin) at Wipro, you’ll be responsible for liaising and bridging the gap between customer and technology teams to comprehend and analyze customer requirements in Asset Management domain and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer. You will be involved in understanding the different applications present in the customer’s domain area, understanding the challenges faced by customers and coming up with solutions. You will be a key contributor and innovator while providing a strong consulting experience on Aladdin.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the existing system landscape and act as Subject matter expertise for applications.
• Identify all the affected applications and interfaces and perform a stakeholder analysis.
• Play the role of a Business Analyst for project(s)/work stream(s) within Asset Management
• End to end delivery of book of work within the assigned project(s)/work stream(s), in agile/waterfall methodology.
• Requirements Engineering involving analyzing problem at hand, writing FRDs, user stories and other documents, walkthrough of requirements for development and testing team, assisting business in UAT and act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Liaise with business, other vendor teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: 

• This position is in Los Angeles, California, United States. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.  
• Experience with knowledge of Asset Management
• Good knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin modules – Aladdin Explore, Security Master, Aladdin APIs, Interface files (inbound and outbound), Aladdin data domains (Portfolio/Positions/Security Master/Position Analytics/Portfolio Analytics / Benchmarks)
• Lead the Integration of custom applications with Aladdin data sources.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering / technology / finance
• MBA/PGDBM/CFA or any equivalent degree in Finance is desirable.
• Asset Management Domain Knowledge (Desired)
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
