Airport Rental Agent

As a Rental Agent you will assist in the completion of customer transactions while providing superior customer service. This position is working at PVU Airport night shift 4PM-12AM.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close rental contracts
• Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Promote and sell coverage and upgrades
• Clean vehicles (washing, vacuuming, gassing, etc.) and prepare for rental
• Perform general office duties and maintain a clean and professional work space
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other locations when needed
• Occasionally help shuttle rental vehicles to and from other locations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills and problem resolution experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the last 2 years
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
