Job Requirements

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Located in Shreveport La
• Airframe and/or Powerplant License required
• Must have lead experience servicing and inspecting Embraer 145 / 135 aircraft in a line maintenance setting. 
• Previous EMB 145 Gen / Fam training required. 
• Run taxi experience a plus
• Experience on other Regional Jet types a plus.
• Should be skilled at flow management and prioritizing workloads.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
• May be required to travel and work off station in support of maintenance recovery or deployed operations as required.
• The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate to high.
• May occasionally work near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.

Advanced Aero Services is launching an aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at the Shreveport Regional Airport. The MRO facility will serve the commercial airline customers at an existing hanger on the airport property.
