Kenmore Air is an iconic company dedicated to its employees and customers! Serving the Pacific Northwest for 75 years, we provide scenic tours, scheduled service and charters. We also operate two airplane maintenance facilities, sell airplane parts and provide flight instruction. Our Maintenance shops manage a fleet of 27 aircraft (wheeled and float planes) and maintain an equal number of privately owned aircraft. Our Mechanics work with self-sufficiency, while still operating within a team to achieve the larger company goals.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative maintenance including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels etc.
- Identifies mechanical problems by using computerized diagnostic equipment
- Follows checklists to ensure that all parts are examined
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mechanical skills
- Prior aircraft experience required
- A&P license strongly preferred
- PC-12 experience a plus
- Cessna 208 experience a plus
- Troubleshooting skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
