Position Summary:
AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Mobile, AL that is a leader in maintenance, repair, and overhaul on aircraft with a global network of service centers.
Must be willing to work in Mobile, Alabama for the duration of the project.
Travel assistance available.
Inspection and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough inspections of Aircraft Structures, including fuselage, wings, tail sections, and control surfaces, using visual and technical inspection methods.
- Identify and assess any structural damage, corrosion, or wear and tear using precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Repair and Maintenance:
- Perform structural repairs and modifications following manufacturer's specifications, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Replace damaged components, fabricate repair parts, and weld or bond materials as necessary to restore structural integrity.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as corrosion prevention treatments, sealant application, and fastener replacement.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other documentation tools.
- Generate accurate reports documenting findings, recommended actions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to address structural issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with pilots, flight crews, and other maintenance personnel to ensure clear understanding of structural maintenance requirements and procedures.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment and ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, technical advancements, and best practices in aircraft structural maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- aircraft maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
