```Duties:```
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GA aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.
- Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities and track aircraft history.
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to FAA regulations.
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
- Inspection Authorization preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic on general aviation aircraft preferred.
- Cirrus aircraft experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment for aircraft maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including avionics, hydraulics, electrical, and engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
