Your job would involve talking with other entrepreneurs every single day, figuring out what they need to build and how to get it done for them. But, not by yourself. We have lead funnels for outbound and inbound. We just have too many to handle. We have an internal team of the brightest people all around the globe, dedicated and passionate about this mission. Our internal team focuses on product, technology, sourcing, matching, etc - essentially, all operations are handled internally. Were just looking for the missing piece - a closer.
Responsibilities:
The AI Software Sales - Remote Closer - US/Canada will be part of the core team at FullStackRemote, working closely with Marketing, Onboarding, Sourcing, and Client Success.
Were seeking an open-minded no-ego go-getter who will take the bull by the horns and do whatever it takes.
We are a startup. Were looking for someone who really wants to step up and help not only hit our targets but who also wants to make a big impact and help shape the companys future sales playbook. This is not a small role and compensation in commissions, bonuses and pure joy at work is there for your success.
All tools will be provided. If youre someone who is great at follow-up, proactive and never let a prospect or client slip through the cracks. No task is too small. You are the type of person who will see the big picture but navigate the details to get it done.
All tools are provided and you have leads being handed to you, a team to manage and support you, and full reign i.e. no micromanagement. You will be responsible for reporting daily and weekly metrics of your progress. There is no cap to your earnings.
Requirements
Must have:
At least 3 years of professional intangible sales experience in some capacity with a track record
Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada (sponsorship not provided)
You must bring your cell phone and laptop (phone number will be provided)
Experience with CRM tools, email, and automation tools
Willingness to learn. Proactive. Determined.
Highly resourceful. Creative problem solver.
Owner mentality. Ability to navigate ambiguity
Nice to have
Previous sales experience in software development is a huge advantage
