Position Summary:As a member of the Pricing team and AI focused Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Your knowledge and experience in software development will be fundamental in aiding the creation of intelligent and transformative AI applications. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will participate in various stages of AI development, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment, aiding our AI projects to stimulate innovation and offer value in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions, with proficiency in either C# or Python, and a willingness to learn the other.
- Participates in AI-centric projects focusing on generative AI and Language Model learning, contributing to the evolving developments in the field.
- Designs and implements robust, scalable web applications, ensures satisfactory performance and user experience.
- Continually learns and adapts to new technologies and programming languages to stay current with industry trends.
- Works collaboratively with diverse teams to conceptualize, design and deliver innovative features.
- Contributes to all phases of the development life cycle, ensuring the delivery of quality products.
- Develops and manages applications on Azure Cloud, demonstrating proficiency in using this platform beyond its machine learning capabilities.
- Applies machine learning technologies, translating complex data into actionable strategies and results.
- Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements and tools, incorporating them into AI development projects.
- Actively participate in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving sessions, contributing to the improvement of AI solutions and development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven applications.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role, with a portfolio that showcases your skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years of Customer Service roles
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role, with a portfolio that showcases your skills.
- Competence in either C# or Python, with a readiness to learn and adapt to new languages.
- Experience or interest in AI technologies (specifically generative AI / LLM) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in working with Azure Cloud for application development and management.
- Familiarity with various machine learning technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical manner.
