Job Title: AI Engineer
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) functionality. The main responsibilities of this role revolve around the development of RAG functionality, which involves the upload and processing of documents to make them readable by AI models. This functionality enables admins to upload documents to the bots, allowing users to chat with the documents through the bot interface.
Responsibilities:
· Develop RAG functionality, including document upload and processing for readability by AI models
· Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of document processing with the bot interface
· Enable temporary client-side uploading of documents for users to chat with their documents within a conversation context
· Design the flow of document processing to ensure scalability
· Conduct full stack development, including front-end and back-end development
· Perform infrastructure testing with services such as Chroma DB and AWS S3
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in software development
· Strong experience in full stack development
· Proficiency in Python
· Experience with infrastructure testing using services such as Chroma DB and AWS S3
· Ability to design scalable processes and systems
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality
· Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· Experience with AI models and natural language processing
· Familiarity with chatbot development
