Sales Manager
Dynamic, highly reputable, well-respected tebbe spreading, machinery, equipment, and supply wholesaler, has an opportunity for you contribute to the strategic development of this organization. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and selling spreading equipment in designated areas, while developing new market locations to expand business. Our ideal candidate will posses 5 -7 years of sales experience within the agricultural arena.
Essential Functions
Identification of sales targets and viable regions, to promote business opportunities for the company.
Report weekly to president and CEO on KPI’s, market penetration, and performance.
Visit and maintain communication with clients, to accommodate their needs and sustain their business.
Provide performance reviews, monitor metrics and goals accordingly, mentor/encourage employees requiring assistance, and acknowledge high performers.
Represent company at industry events.
Develop marketing and advertising campaigns.
Work with president and CEO to identify and execute new business opportunities continuously.
Work with the team to maximize profit and increase output.
Maintain complete confidentiality of information pertaining to the company and other proprietary information.
Essential Qualifications
Experience in developing marketing and advertising campaigns.
Seven years of progressive experience in sales growth.
An established network of industry and clients preferred.
