Summary

The Agricultural Commodity Trader Associate focuses on business processes and managing Sr Traders business. Through building customer and vendor relationships, this position will work to expand the purchasing and sales of LPC for agricultural commodities. The person in this role will also be responsible for identifying new markets and product opportunities that will create value for the customers of LPC.

The selected candidate will have familiarity with agriculture and farming. They also must be open and willing to learn all aspects of this position during the extensive training program. As an Agricultural Commodity Trader Associate, the individual will require exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills and have a drive to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers
• Obtain market information for business development
• Organize traders contracts, invoices and logistics.
• Maintain communication with logistics department to ensure all logistics are completed and deadlines are met
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor any active shipments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
