Job Description/Job Summary:

Responsible for the planning, coordination and management for strategic initiatives for Data Delivery. Manage the continued development and implementation of data solutions partnering closely with the Product Leaders, Service Leaders, Delivery Leaders and Architecture.

Required Work Experience:
  • Two years of experience in large dynamic projects required.
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings
  • Prepare and distribute status reports on product progress in collaboration with Product Owner
  • Identify dependencies,risks, and issues, and work with the project team and stakeholders to mitigate and/or resolve those impediments.
  • Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Assist in team development and hold team members accountable for commitments, remove roadblocks/impediments
  • Mentoring and/or coaching team members on agile best practices to drive delivery and continual progress.
  • Flexible to support Waterfall Projects
  • Support the Product Owner in managing expectations and priorities of the project deliverables, as well as stakeholder communication, helping implement an effective system of project governance and structure
  • Able to implement and manage Agile Project management in Hybrid Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFE environment
  • Responsible for capital budget
  • Verifies teams are entering their time to ensure capital dollars are captured
  • Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
  • Assists senior professionals in determining methods and procedures for new tasks
  • Leads basic or moderately complex projects
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Makes recommendations to management on new processes, tools and techniques, or development of new products and services
  • Able to effectively communicate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including management, the user community, and less-experienced staff.
  • Solve problems as they arise and communicate potential roadblocks to manage expectations
Desired Work Experience:
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of development life cycle models, expert in agile and traditional project management principles and have the ability to blend to fit the project need
  • Proven track record to successfully implement products and/or data migrations using agile methodologies (Including Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment.
  • Experience overseeing muti-function projects team that includes Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts and QA.
  • Knowledge of the following is a plus: Data constructs, Data Analytics, and Cloud Technologies.
Qualifications:

  • Agile, Lean, SAFe, Scrum Master certifications preferred
  • Bachelor's in Business or Computer Science or equivalent field or equivalent foreign degree Preferred

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
