Agent, Protective Services Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness as required to effectively support the Principal.
- Strictly adhere to all guidelines and policies related to privacy and confidentiality.
- Proactively engage with peers and leaders, offering expertise, assistance and mentorship.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment, building a high level of trust and integrity. Interface with Principals and key stakeholders as required.
- Contribute innovative ideas for program enhancement and execute them proficiently.
- Demonstrate the skills to work autonomously, providing clear and concise leadership and direction.
- Possess the flexibility for domestic and international travel, often on short notice as required.
- Willingness to accommodate work during overnights, weekends and holidays to meet the demands of the role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Executive Protection, protection of individuals, or similar assignments.
- Experience in protection strategies, tactics, and technology.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to small and large groups.
- Experience in organizing international trips for individuals.
- Experience in solving logistical problems, and leading a team of agents.
- Experience analyzing information, determine contexts, take appropriate action, and choose the course of action. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience interacting effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Project management experience to include: organization, communications, documentation, and cross group collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to think critically and act proficient in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-profile individuals or in high-risk environments.
- Experience working in a corporate environment. Posses Executive Protection related credentials and certifications.
- Experience conducting threat assessments and developing risk management plans.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to Executive Protection and security services.
