Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program to become proficient in insurance products, industry regulations, and our agency's systems and processes.
- Client Interaction: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by understanding their individual needs, providing quotes, and offering expert guidance.
- Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining client files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
