As an Agent Trainee, you will embark on an exciting career in the insurance industry with the support and guidance of our experienced team. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to become a successful Insurance Agent. You will play a critical role in building relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and helping them find the right coverage. You will also work closely with experienced agents, receive training and mentorship, and have access to valuable resources to help you achieve your career goals.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
