Assistant is responsible for recruiting new applicants from the neighborhood and helping applicants meet the program requirements for the program. This position could be a full time or part time hourly position reporting to the Housing Program Manager.

What we ask of you:
- Recruit new applicants from the neighborhood - making cold calls to neighbors; Making warm calls to program participants; Canvassing homes, churches, and businesses in neighborhood;
- Inputting data into excel spreadsheets
- Case management of applicants helping them move through the program - Improve credit; Make budget; Ensure up to date on taxes; Verify qualifications met
- Facilitate Housing meetings where an expert might come in or show up virtually to provide instruction on some aspect of buyer readiness or home ownership
30-40 hours of work per week. Please note, this position may not be permanent. As Agape Development recruits enough applicants and helps them become homeowners, the hours and responsibilities may decrease and eventually end.
Qualification Requirements:
- Some college OR 1 year of case management experience.
- Ability to use computer, cell phone/tablet applications with limited training.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.23 - $21.63 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
