{BHC} Brandt Holdings was developed by the late Ace Brandt. Ace inherited and managed his family farm at the age of 18 after the passing of his father, an agribusinessman, Larry Brandt in 1979. Ace was an entrepreneur and leader in the agricultural and Fargo communities. Position Summary
The {Parts Manager/Aftermarket Sales Manager} will effectively lead the location's Aftermarket business to drive all retail efforts in Parts while assisting Service to maximize profitability. Key personal qualities include confidence, competitiveness, driven to succeed, strong communication skills, and be a team player. Critical decision-making skills are also necessary for this position and a desire to constantly learn and improve to strive towards excellence. A strong work ethic, moral standards with a high level of professionalism, and pride in the quality of work performed will lead to success for this individual. Building customer relationships and satisfaction in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with District Operations Manager and Service Manager on the locations Aftermarket Sales strategy.
  • Drive all Aftermarket Sales strategies in selling Parts and Service solutions in alignment with selling Service revenue.
  • Execute effective Aftermarket strategies and processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Provide high level of direction and leadership, reinforcing excellent customer service skills among direct reports.
  • Lead and demonstrate a professional experience for customers with regards to facilities and product presentation.
  • Partner with Service Manager in providing clear and consistent positive customer experiences within Aftermarket.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the department and achievement of desired metrics, including profitable sales growth, disciplined expense control and targeted net return on sales.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills and cooperate with other departments and locations.
  • Collaborate with inventory analyst to ensure proper on-hand parts inventory to meet customer demand while achieving desired inventory performance standard.
  • Oversee ongoing inventory processes to ensure proper inventory control.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of database software, online parts books, etc.
  • Ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Promote teamwork and create positive relationships with peers.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Sales experience preferred.
  • 2+ Years of Sales or Retail Management preferred.
  • Previous agricultural industry or equipment dealership experience preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
