After School Program Assistant

```Duties```
- Coordinate and oversee educational programs for students
- Develop and implement curriculum plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure program effectiveness
- Monitor student progress and provide support as needed
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and student data
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

```Requirements```
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of higher education teaching principles and practices
- Familiarity with education administration and program coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
