After School Care (Asc) Supervisor

Responsibilities:
The After School Care (ASC) Supervisor performs all administrative responsibilities in the operation of the ASC in a manner that assures the smooth and efficient operation and meets the spiritual and academic expectations set by the Principal and Pastor. With the primary responsibility of coordinating the After School Care (ASC) portion of the school. The Supervisor works closely with the Principal.

• Treat matters of school business and student information in a confidential manner.

• Work closely with the Principal in organizing and maintaining good quality care of the ASC program

• Be punctual, trustworthy, cooperative, and work without direct supervision.

• Work well with parents, students, faculty and staff and assist them whenever possible / necessary.

• Be self-initiating, possess excellent organizational skills, see things that need to be done and plan for them.

• Prepare and review the structure of ASC and student behavior expectations of ASC.

• Plan structured, fun, age-appropriate play time for the students in the ASC.

• Handle all home to school paperwork and communications when students sign up for the ASC.

• Build and maintain a communication / contact database for all ASC students.

• Comply with the purchase order process when placing orders for ASC.

• Comply with other duties as assigned by the Principal.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds and in case of emergency a 25 – 50 pound child.

• Often required to stand and sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, or crawl.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Monday to Friday

• Kalispell, MT 59901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
