After-School Basketball Coach

This position is for coaching after-school basketball programs in elementary schools.

Work hours are weekdays, between 3 - 5 pm for an hour and half. Each session is one hour, plus a half hour for arrival, setup, and dismissal. Pay rates are $45-60 per session (hour and half) depending on experience and the coach's ability to create session plans and lead the session. Assistant coaches are paid $45-50 per session and head coaches are paid $55-60 per session.

Working days are flexible.

Upon hiring, selected candidates must pass background check and complete our training program.

Coaches are paid 1.5 hours of coaching time per one hour practice to cover their practice preparation. Flexibility in locations, number of days, and number of seasons per year worked. We coach year-round. Get high developmental support on your coaching while also getting lots of reps and freedom to go work on your execution.

Any Qualifications?

Prior coaching experience or experience working with kids is preferred but not required.

Must be available for an hour and a half between 3-5 pm at least one day per week. We are looking for coaches who are disciplined in their time management and personal development.
