### Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After Hours Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors. The After Hours Account Manager must be able to work independently with others in any type of facility.
### Responsibilities:
- Maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
- Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance in each account to retain existing business and gain new business.
- Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily on any issues, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests and new client starts.
### Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous account management experience
- Strong planning, organization skills, attention to detail and motivated to excel.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
