Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and licensed esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about skincare, dedicated to client satisfaction, and skilled in a variety of esthetic treatments. As a Licensed Esthetician at Chadia Ali Med Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments.
• Customize treatments to address individual client concerns and goals.
• Provide expert advice on at-home skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and esthetic techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

• Valid state esthetician license.
• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-centric approach.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to promote retail products effectively.
