Essential Functions:
- Possess the ability to perform treatment, product or cosmetic consultations.
- Provide a coordinated treatment plan for patients of all ages or skin color to help them achieve their skin goals, objectives and optimal outcome.
- Accurately document EMR information upon each patient visit to include all notes, photos, recommendations, services and charges (this includes settings, peel layers, type, strength, modalities).
- Establish and foster relationships within the office, in conjunction with marketing efforts and through referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Educate and inform staff on services, trends and promotions within our practice and the office(s) they serve.
- Follows, assists in development or updating written protocols as necessary.
- Work closely with providers in the office to coordinate treatment plans in conjunction with their direction to ensure compliance and prevent contraindications.
- Sets up aesthetic room at the start of each day per protocol
- Maintains, sterilizes and sanitizes treatment room after each patient per OSHA standards and thoroughly prepares, restocks and cleans treatment room one time a week.
- Maintains equipment in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating future visits
- Calls new and established patients to follow up on their care.
- Drives patient loyalty and engagement by sending cards, reminders, etc.
- Is attentive to inventory levels, expiration dates, and requests additional products as needed so there is enough to recommend at time of service
Required Experience and Education:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role required
