About Karishma Med Spa & Training is seeking 1 experienced, dedicated and skilled Aesthetician to join our team for Day shift, 8 hrs. M-F. This is a High Paying Commission based Opportunity for an Aesthetician finding a new home for your current clientele. Yes we are seeking those with an established clientele. You will play a pivotal role in building the promoting & providing exceptional skincare and beauty treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their desired aesthetic goals while ensuring their overall well-being and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Skincare Consultations:

Conduct thorough skincare assessments to understand clients' needs, concerns, and goals.

Recommend appropriate treatments and procedures based on individual skin types and conditions.

Provide expert guidance on at-home skincare routines and product recommendations.

2. Aesthetic Treatments:

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and more.

3. Client Education:

Educate clients about the benefits and potential risks of treatments.

Ensure clients understand post-treatment care instructions and follow-up recommendations.

Address any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

4. Safety and Hygiene:

Adhere to all medical spa protocols and safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, including equipment and treatment rooms.

Follow strict sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination.

5. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care.

Handle client inquiries, scheduling, and billing accurately and efficiently.

6. Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and education.

• Collaborate with the medical spa team to share knowledge and insights.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Qualifications:
• Valid state Aesthetician license.
• Additional certifications are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene. Shift Options:
• DAY Shift : [ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm ] Monday - Friday, Saturdays 9-2 pm optional, Sunday optional

• Modern office setting Our ideal candidates would be a Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Lash Technician, who can work independently, has built clientele , strongly goal oriented, seeking to build or grow clientele/business, one who is open to engaging and collaborating to help grow as a unit for everyone's success.
