Inspector (Local Phoenix Candidates Only)
A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for an Inspector to perform first piece, in-process and final-out inspections.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Source Delegation/Self-Release to identify process and documentation accompanies the product shipment to review packing slips, C of C’s, per PO requirements, validating part number, part revision and quantities are correct. (Copies may include DIP’s, FAIR’s, material and special process Certs.)
Qualified Final Inspector to ensure all customer’s requirements have been met to perform inspections on behalf of our customers.
Assure copies of required traceability form, bar code labels.
Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections and record the results in Net Inspect, HASP, and Dex Center.
Perform in-process inspections and final-out inspections visual on a variety of intricate and precision machined, sheet metal and formed tube parts.
Ability to review, edit and generate inspection reports.
Read and comprehend written documents such as work instructions and job aids.
Knowledge of proper inspection techniques required to obtain accurate measurements.
Ability to support business needs as they apply to attendance, overtime, punctuality, and shift.
Overtime and Weekends as needed
Knowledge and Experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to accurately use and read measuring tools such as comparators, micrometers, calipers and indicators.
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office computer skills.
Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills.
Competitive salary dependent on experience
Monday through Fridays from 6 am - 2:30 pm
Full time - 40 hour week
