```Duties```
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the business

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
- Ability to conduct warm calling to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
