```Duties```
- Collaborate with local clients to offer advertising options
- Create and present advertising proposals to clients, including budget recommendations
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of advertising efforts
```Experience```
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising industry
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients and media outlets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and proposals
- Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Technical sales knowledge, including proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience in account management, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable with warm calling/ cold calling prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
