The Guest Services Supervisors are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all Park Guests and Team Members. In addition, they work directly with the Admissions Manager and Operations Director while meeting and exceeding department expectations.
We are currently looking for a:
Adventureland Park - Guest Services Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary point of contact for all general park questions and inquiries
- Assigns task to other Guest Services Team Members
- Monitors interactions between Guest Services Team Members and Guests including email correspondence, phone calls, and follow ups
- Creates Guest Services weekly schedules
- Direct and transfers department specific requests to the appropriate manager
- Responds to guest needs appropriately and provides accommodations as necessary
- Actively listens to radio and relays relevant information clearly to all departments
- Manages and secures all guest and employee "lost-&-found" items.
- Provides exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile
- Completes additional duties as assigned
Education: There is no minimum education requirement.
