**Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner Opening in Missouri** Marshall, MO Full Time Permanent Placement Inpatient Employed The Nurse Practitioner will provide high quality, inpatient mental healthcare that is patient-centered to the and consistent with our mission, and within the scope of practice as outlined by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate, manage and facilitate a comprehensive plan of care. Participate in staff quality assurance review of the Clinic's patient records, including, but not limited to, chart reviews, patient evaluation and outcome data. Plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients. Obtain consultation, collaboration and referrals as indicated. Maintain confidentiality with regard to patient, hospital and/or job-related information. About Us: To be a Leader in Community Health. Benefits: * Competitive Salary * Paid time off (PTO) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * 403(B) Retirement plan * Tuition Reimbursement Program (after 1 year of service) * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Position Requirements: * Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner degree program. * Active Missouri RN license or ability to practice professional nursing in the state of Missouri. * Current Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber certificate. * Current National certification (e.g. ANCC or AANP) as a Nurse Practitioner in specialty of mental health. * Must complete 24 hours of Continuing Medical Education, (CME), every 1 year. * Unrestricted prescriptive authority in Missouri. * Current BLS, ACLS, PALS. * Education in Mental Health * Cover for Behavioral Health Unit NP when absent. * Rotate call with other Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
