This position requires transporting adult mental health clients and making sure van maintenance is done in a timely fashion. Some clerical work is involved in van maintenance records and client records.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transports clients.
- Teaches assigned skill building groups.
- Supervises and assists clients in performing daily activities.
- Posts documents in client files: fills out behavior logs and shift reports as necessary.
- Responsible for the storage and protection of consumer records, including compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
- Performs other reasonable, related duties as assigned by Clinical Director and other management, as required.

MININUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Alabama Driver's License
Clear MVR report
Ability to lift 70 pounds
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
