Title:Mental Health Therapist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Outpatient - Children
Location: Lexington, KY
Schedule: Full-time, days
Pay: Competitive based on education and experience, full benefits package
Sign-on bonus: $5K paid out at 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year mark
The Mental Health Therapist duties to include but not limited to:
-Utilize goals that enhance the physical, psychological, and social well-being of individuals participating in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment through group settings
-Communicate the medical necessity of services, create individualized treatment plans, coordinate treatment, collaborate with the internal team and community referring providers, and develop aftercare plans for patients
-Work with a multi-disciplinary team and providing accurate and timely patient documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Master’s degree in a Mental Health related field (Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or similar)
-CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation technique certification (such as BLS, CPI, etc.)
-Previous clinical experience in assessment and evaluation preferred
