Form of work* This is a 100% Grant Funded Position*Status: Full-Time / Non-ExemptShift: FirstDescription:Provide technical level support and context to the partnership between Madison Strategies Group (MSG) as related to ACD Health Lab classes and BIS manufacturing classes that are associated with MSG.Essential Functions:* Serve as the liaison between internal departments and community partners as related to ACD Health Lab classes/BIS manufacturing and partnership agreements by responding to questions and requests from community partners, internal staff, and students regarding ACD Health Lab/BIS manufacturing classes.* Serve as the liaison between Tulsa Tech and MSG for the cohort planning process and completing the task on the cohort planning checklist.* Collect student clinical requirements needed for clinical software for all ACD health classes.* Manage vendor purchase orders and submit requisitions for supplies for MSG cohort and public classes; Catalog, maintain and track lab supplies.* Assist MSG students with enrolling in public classes and serve as their liaison between Tulsa Tech and MSG.* Update the MSG Team on student orientation, and enrollment status through the internal MSG project management system.* Schedule MSG ACD Health Lab classes and complete, submit and track class building forms and student enrollment information; monitor weekly student activity and attendance reports.* Attend MSG cohort open houses for ACD health classes.* Ensure efficient class start-up, I.e. - confirm all materials and curriculum are available in the lab space for each class session.* Develop, research, monitor and critically evaluate ACD/BIS program needs including cost and logistical operations.* Communicate and collaborate with Tulsa Tech and MSG to manage process for, and develop annual Memorandum of Understanding.* Ensure all pre-class/post-class requirements for MSG students are met and managed efficiently and effectively.* Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervision and determined by management to be appropriate for this position; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.Job Requirements:* This position requires a minimum of three years of business experience with an emphasis in administrative and technical tasks and projects within a service organization.* Experience working within a healthcare related environment is preferred.* Capable of self-direction* High proficiency in working with technology* Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of clients and students* Bilingual is a plusEducation:Associates degree. Direct applicable work experience may be substituted for education.Salary Schedule:Operations SupportHiring Range:$32,167 to $$35,532 annually dependent on experience, plus additional $7,200 compensation for salary-in-lieu of dependent benefit coverage.Benefits:Employee Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Sick Leave, Vacation, Personal Leave, Pension Plan, 457 Savings Plan, and 25 paid holidaysClosing Date:For maximum consideration, receipt of application material is September 22nd.
