ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitate and assist patients through the admissions and assessment processes.
- Coordinate admission and transfer between levels of care within the facility.
- Provide accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status in the admissions process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field OR
- RN, in which case, an Associate's degree in nursing is required as well as a valid nursing license OR
- LPN , in which case, successful completion of an LPN training program is required as well as a valid nursing license.
- Crisis Prevention and CPR certifications (offered on site)
Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
Teamwork and excellent customer service
- Minimum one year experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity
PREFERRED
- Minimum one year experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity, preferably within the area of substance use disorder.
