Heritage Hall-King George has an immediate opening for an Admissions Director. The Admissions Director’s mission is to build and grow census by developing the market and providing prospective patients/responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance in choosing a nursing home. The primary responsibility of the Admissions Director is to develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to build positive relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Superior customer service skills
- Prior experience in an admissions/marketing position in healthcare environment
- Ability to read and understand oral and/or written instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours as admission responsibilities may dictate
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
